New Website Coming Soon!

The St. Paul’s Conservancy was created in 2006 to preserve St. Paul’s Academy, an irreplaceable historic landmark, while thoughtfully transforming it into a vibrant, multi-functional space for future generations.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978, the 19th-century masterpiece is more than just an architectural icon – it is the heart of Garden City. Residents, businesses, and all concerned citizens are invited to become a permanent part of St. Paul's future.

According to Pulitzer Prize winner Paul Goldberger, “St. Paul’s School is far more than a landmark in Garden City – it is one of the greatest works of the Gothic Revival in the United States along with the Cathedral of the Incarnation"

This new website will help preserve and restore St. Paul’s School, a gift from Alexander T. Stewart and his wife Cornelia Clinch Stewart that is part of the cultural and historical identity of Garden City.
